CCTV Environment Camera Enclosure NEW Internal or external camera enclosures constructed from die-cast and extruded aluminium. Available in two lengths 8.75 inch (222.2mm) and 12.75 inch (323.8mm). The units can be used with cameras having fixed focal length or motorised zoom lenses (with or without auto-iris operation). The enclosures feature a front hinged lid, two adjustable cable glands on the bottom and a rear link-lock latch that can be padlocked for additional security.

These cameras are supplied with 18m of connection cable with fitted RJ11 plugs and camera mounting bracket. The colour camera needs a lens (to be ordered separately). Suitable lenses: C/CS mount, El/Al lenses from RS range of lenses.

Depending onthe lightavailablethe iris ofthe lens opens orciosesto allowthe correctamountoflighttofall onthe CCD element. There are two types of iris available, auto iris and direct drive iris. The auto iris processes the raw signal from the camera to produce the drive d.c. voltage. The direct drive iris accepts the processed signal direct from the camera (i.e. the camera includes processing circuitry).
